10 minute Daily Exercise that Can Turn Your FAT STOMACH To 6 Packs In Just 1 week ( 7 days)

It very bad to know some men and women find  it difficult or see it as wasting of time to exercise their body for at least 30 minutes every 5 days and yet they do appreciate those who look fit. Mind you, exercising your body is quietly difference from the stress you are passing through in your daily job. So, do not say  "going to place of  your work everyday is like am exercising myself".
We can not dispute the fact that sometime one might  be very busy but in as much you still have time to eat food everyday then you do not any excuses what so ever.
Stomach weight covers much of the whole body weight. Thus, the lesser your stomach fat the lesser the weight of your whole body.

The Reasons Why You Must Burn Your Stomach Fat

- Having Fat stomach makes your look ugly. People might not tell you this but try and look yourself in the mirror;

- Having Fat stomach pushes up your BMI which means you become over weight ;

- If you are a man, you know what your wife, girl friend has been telling you and if she hasnt yet, be expecting "Baby, dont let us use missionary style", meaning your weight is too much.

How To Turn It to Six Packs

There are many exercises that can burn can your stomach fat but for the sake of those who do not have much time, the following two exercises can have a great positive result if you can use just 5 minutes to do each of the two everyday for just 7days.

SEATED JACKKNIFE:  This exercise is very easy and convenient to perform. It involves two steps.
- Step 1: Sit on the of a bench or anyting like bench. Hold onto the side of the bench with both hands at shoulder width.  Lie back and raise your legs until you reach a position to balance;
- Step 2: Bend your knees towards your upper body. At the same time move upper body forward to maintain position of balance. Hold for ten seconds. Return to starting position. Try to repeat these two steps for 5 minutes.

CRUNCHES: This exercise too is also very easy and convenient to perform. It also involves two steps.
- Step 1: While laying on your back,  straighten your legs, raise your heels an inch off the floor and place your hands by your sides;
- Step 2: Keeping your arms parallel to the floor, lift your torso and legs so they form a "e". As you raise yourself, bend your knees and pull them up towards your chest. Repeat these two step for 5 minutes.
